As someone (a blind person) who writes on technology, I personally find
the postings very useful. It's general stuff about technology that helps
all of us, because, when you go back to your peer groups and talk about
the latest postings about Windows Vista, you will be asked how you got
that and you can then say how useful AI is. For your kind information,
that's what I do.

I Think we should appreciate the persons like Vikas Kapoor who are
sending
knowledgeable postings and trying to connect every list member to the
computerized world. He is spending his time for all of us. If any body
doesn't want to read then simply delete the message. A sighted person
reads
posters and boards but unfortunately we can not do so, therefore
Internet
and email is are the best medium to get general information.

Every technological development or innovation is equally important for
us
also. Aren't we an integral part of this society? I think one should be
more tolerant.
