Hi Abhijit, Your guidelines seem to be unworking here especially when the document is scanned one by inbuilt scanning programmes like 'Vista 3600' that I am concerned about today. When I click on 'Recognise text' in the menu 'Process' of Fine Reader, it will say 'no pages to recognise' probably because it looks for a Batch file to do the needful. I used to manage its recogtnition & documentation in word by 'Open & Read' in 'Process' & sending all pages to Word. But for past few months I am not able to do that too as it gives error message like 'Operation completed therew was some error adding the file'. However, if you are sure I may post my file to you for conversion on your personal ID.
