As far as price is concerned, it is definitely cheaper. Professional version of window-eyes comes for $795. I have been using it for last 3 years or so and hardly find it difficult to work with, however, any person who starts with a particular screen reader, using the other one becomes his/her second nature. both Small talk ultra and window-eyes are available in india. you can get more details from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
