Hi Sudhir,

The simplest way to tackle this problem would be for your colleague to close 
the existing e-mail account and open a new one. She should then refrain from 
subscribing to mailing lists or passing on that address to everyone she 
knows. She can thus restrict the e-mail inflow and avoid spam.

On the other hand, if she is receiving spam messages at her work address, 
she should report this to the company's IT department.
