hello! the same is here with me in my office, i am following suggestion, what taraprakash suggested, it is one of good option. secondly, open your system box, remove the power cable and data cable from your cd drive and replug it. now restart your system, hope it will work, else, follow the instruction what taraprakash suggested, it is really good. smile!
