It does not seem unconditionally free. Unregistered users are not allowed to download the plugin. I did not subscribe to the accessible news as I have hardly time enough to go online and read news everyday. In office I share room with six other people. I have to keep jaws volume so low that I can hardly listen to unknown matter.
