But Rajesh: Is there any way to make sure that the RBI comes up with specific guidelines for VIP's in handling bank a/c's. Because, I feel unless they do that, we will have to accept all arbitrary rules and change of rules by individual bank official, who, of course, can't be blamed for that because they always tend to be over cautious.
