Hi, First of all thanks for Asif, Rajath and others who provided with contact details, so that I could contact SCDL Joint Director and get the scribe issue resolved. They have agreed to the fact that I can take the scribe who is of science background and computer literate as the examinations is online. whosoever is interested may now pursue the course without any hindrance. once again thanks to all of you.
