The installation instructions, usage guide, and some important tips are

It is best that you visit this page and follow the instructions there.
In any case, I am including the installation instructions here .
1. Read the User Licence Agreement at
http://www.accessiblenews.com/?view=an/tos and install the plug in
on a computer only if you agree to and accept the Agreement. If
you do not agree to or accept it, please do not install the plug
in on any computer.
2. Before you can install the AccessibleNews Plug in, you will have
to download and install a small necessary file from Microsoft
website from
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=65127&clcid=0x409 A
button called Download lets you download the correct file. The
file is named vcredist_x86.exe. You can install the plug in only
after you install this file on your computer.
3. Now download the AccessibleNews Plug in for Internet Explorer
from http://www.accessiblenews.com/plugin/download.jsp If you
have not registered with AccessibleNews, you will need to get registered
from http://www.accessiblenews.com/?view=an/signupform
The Plug in is already configured and you do not need to configure it
again. Whenever you open a page, it will be reloaded in an Accessible
format. If you wish to view the original page, you can simply use the
back button of your browser.
