Hi Geetha
Bounced cheque is a serious offense and also leaving a proof that you have 
to be paid.

My personal belief is that in this case, there was no intention of non 
payment.

Even if it is an international cheque, if you complaint to the counsalate of 
that country, they will in most probability persue it agressively. It 
amounts to the credibility of that country.

If the motive is intentional defaultment, they could give reasons of poor 
quality in the rendering of service.
