Hello,
There some international standards for mobile service operators but in case
of Indian cellular operator some of them have implemented the service and
some of them have not. Some Operator have opted the general Indian emergency
numbers like 100, 101 and 102. For instance Nokia phones with Reliance CDMA
service can dial 100, 101 and 102 as emergency number but in case of MTNL
cellular service with Nokia handset the number 112 can be dialed as
emergency number.

Well, emergency number 112 is a myth, at least in the region     I live in.
Mobile surely tries to connect even  during key guard but never succeeds!
