Hi folks ! A visually challenged friend has started working in a local automobile dealership as a Customer Relationship Executive where he uses the PC and the telephone a lot.
He wants to know whether he can dial the telephone numbers through the computer keyboard and also talk through the headphone set he uses for working on Jaws. I understand that a Phone Dialler is available on Windows XP, but, can it be used to dial a series of telephone numbers one after the other ? Such techniques could reduce his manual work and increase his productivity manifold. Please advise.
