Hi Asif,
You can open html files in microsoft word and then press f12 to do save as. 
here select the type as word document.

but remember if u have saved the html files from web as web page complete, 
which is the default type, all the images on the webpage are stored in a 
seperate folder in the same location of the html file. so when u open this 
html file in word, it also shows u all the images in it. If u do not want 
the images in your word document, first move your html file to a different 
location, then open it in word. Mind you, if u delete the folder containing 
images, by default setting in windows xp and 2000, it also deletes your html 
file.
