Hello Hari, I have jus sent you my old notes on PowerPoint. I made these notes when I was using office 2000 with jaws 4.2. It might give you a start.
As for word documents, you can find free tutorial in the tips and tricks section of www.jaws-users.com It will help you in formatting your document using jaws and windows commands. As regards the professional look, you had better check other documents and do a bit of research. It seems, the American prefers everything left-aligned where in India we prefer all headings centred. Use good font for presentation. Take sighted assistance. If you use the default Times New Roman, make it 14 point. You can also use Century Gothic at 12 point. This is my observation.
