Hi Vikas I had told them about the difference in speakers being used for reading out the mobile and land line numbers. Thus the suggestion to try out the different mode of reading to see if it still behaved in the same way.
They are attributing this to time delay for TTS to start speaking any text. Lot of trial and errors to be done to point out the exact problem.
