Sound forge is way to advanced a programme for this. An extremely simple
solution in my opinion to achieve this goal would be to use a programme
called total recorder. Easy to use and 100% jaws accessible.
Write to me off list if u need any help in this direction.
Thanx

Hello Divya,
Soundforge is very good program while using with Jaws. You will have to
connect your pc with the cassette player via cable. You can also directly
save your sound recording as mp3 file. After recording, some process is
recommended to get good quality audio. Samson's 'YP Player', a compact
pendrive type device is also useful for recording sound from cassette to mp3
file. But you will have to select a model having option of direct 'line in'
recording.
