why only disabled persons? most of the classes or communities depicted in
bolliwood movies are either very idealistic or ridiculous. for example,
teachers in " main hoon na", or elderly people in "shaukeen" or doctors in
"munnabhai mbbs". there are several example wherein different communities
are depicted in such a way that comedy can be created. it is not wholly the
fault of the media. the serials or movies are not just to transmit a social
message. the ultimate goal of making them is to earn money. every thing
which can be banked upon is served in media. therefore, we should not take
it seriously unless something very objectionable is depicted.
