Do the following: 1. Open your data file with Microsoft Office Excel.
2. Press Ault+F and A to get to "save as". 3. Press tab to get to the formats list and select the CSV format. Press tab and hit the save button. 4. There will be a confirmation asking whether you really want to do this and just go ahead and press enter. Close the Microsoft Office Excel and do the following with OE: 1. Press Ault+F and press up-aero until you here import sub-menu. Press the right aero and select other address books. Press enter. 2. You will be asked for the type of addressbook and press the end key to get to the text file and press enter. 3. Now you must have a text box asking for the file name. Press the tab to get to the browse button and hit enter. 4. Select the saved addressbook file and hit enter. 5. It will ask for different columns to be imported. Select them based on your table and hit enter. Now you should be getting a message stating that the import has been successful.
