All that I heard was that this is a community radio. Not so sure as to what they are going to broadcast. They are joining forces with 'Voices', who have already done community radio projects in Karnataka for rural folks, where radio can give farmers info like crop prices and some entertainment. Going by this, guess this would be a 'blind-specific' radio channel.
