Try the following before uninstalling Jaws. To resolve the problems in Word: 1. Ensure that both the document and application windows are maximized. Use alt-space-x and alt-hyphen to do this. 2. Ensure that zoom is set to 75%. 3. When Jaws starts saying blank, hit Insert-Escape to refresh the screen. You can do the same in Outlook too.
If none of these options work, you may want to use the Jaws Repair option. It can be found in the Jaws folder under Tools/Installation maintenance. You will be asked whether you wish to modify, repair or uninstall Jaws. Choose the repair option. This usually resolves most issues without the hastle of removing the authorization key. Hope this helps. Hi members, I worked closely with Sathiyaprakash in rectifying his issues with office 2003 and we have already explored many of the suggestions that we received from various members. So my assumption at this stage is to just uninstall his JAWS and reinstall it as suggested by another member - Sorry I can't remember the name. In the mean time just let us know if something that we could do technically to rectify this issue before executing the uninstallation process. I think that JAWS certainly needs to work more closely with Microsoft in this and these kind of issues vary from one computer to another or sometimes there are variations within a single computer at different points. Thank you.
