Hello Mr. Harish & all, I am also concern to note the introduction of new Rs. 2/- coin, which is quite inaccessable for VIs. I am communicating my concern to RBI and Ministry of Finance, Government of India as well requesting therein to stop further introduction of such inaccessable coins. But I don't think that our Government will do anything in this direction, unless or until various NGOs approach to them. I am also personally taking the matter with few organizations e.g. AICB, NAB & NFB. Actually, everybody is showing concern over it, but not even a single NGO seems to move forward in this regard.
I understand that most of our members are associated with certain NGO. Our such friends must advice their associated NGO to take this issue promptly with concerned authority for withdrawal of such inaccessable coins. With regards.
