You can enquire/get assistance by dialing 1504. or by visiting www.register.mtnl.net.in If you are a Delhi MTNL user, I am not sure about the above mentioned link. Check the history page where you can trace the sites you have logged in. This is also available in MTNL site for individual subscribers. Since it is not 100% secure, someone may be misusing your broadband line.
