Hello Sir, I am not sure about other broadband connection but MTNL connection can be used from any location. If someone has a MTNL broadband connection and He/she wants to use other user name and password of MTNL then it is possible. Sify broadband connection can be also used from different locations. Note that same connection can not be used at a time by two users.
