Dear Taraprakash,
"Volunteers for the Blind Foundation" has its HQ at New Delhi
& operates nationally. We developed the concept of this training in
consultation with Dipendra Minocha of NAB, Delhi & have shared them
with Institutions such as - BRA, New Delhi; NAB Chennai, NAB Kullu,
BRA Nagpur, Andh Vidyalaya Bikaner, School for the Blind, Rewa,
amongst others. Numerous students have benefitted. We continue to
refine & evolve better programmes. We are happy to share details with
anyone who is interested..
          Col P Kapoor
         General Secy.
