Thank you very much for this interesting info. Though, I have added the RBT40 through the add Braille display dialogue, the result didn't help. Whatever I do, JAWS is saying " the active display is no display." I have also checked the load Braille error checkbox and whenever I restart JAWS, as prompted, it says, "could not load Braille driver."
