When the Video intercept manager error message comes up, choose the install option by pressing down arrow. Tab to select the execute button and click on that. Then close the dialogue box and restart your system. As mentioned by Pranav, you can use narrator for this purpose. You can access narrator through the "run dialogue box". Press windows key+R and type "narrator" and press enter. You can also activate narrator by Pressing Windows key+u. But, this will open Utility manager and you will have to close it besides narrator.
