The only time the 'Don't send' button appears for me is when some addware or spyware tries to load. However, the fact that your computer restarts automatically every time this happends is rather strange. You may want to run your anti-virus software and thoroughly check your computer for viruses. Failing, depending on how frequently your computer automatically restarts, you need to take action.

If I remember, someone here on the list faced the same issue and correct me if I am wrong. If my memory is correct, then he/she was suggested that it was due to virus. But by clicking on the detail button I have found out that even some hardware devices also can sometimes cause this problem. For your information I am reproducing the screen below. Best Regards, Vetri. Problem caused by Device Driver You received this message because a device driver installed on your computer caused the Windows operating system to stop unexpectedly. This type of error is referred to as a "stop error." A stop error requires you to restart your computer.
