Hi Dinesh , Subramani, Mufi I agree with you Dinesh the pedestrians too are bound with road discipline. Quite many times accidents are caused while saving careless pedestrians and cyclists.
At least this truck driver did not drive by and he did try to get the victim out. He went to the police station to seek their help as he could not do much. The victim I am told was going through some imotional problem and was indulging in alcohol. I am trying to organise for legal help so as to obtain compensation to the kin of the victim and also to see if some PIL could be filed for proper barricading of all excavation work as is being done at Mumbai following a court directive.
