Nowadays Phone is our necessity but still computers are expensive Logically if anybody can buy a personal computer he should not entertain the concession. remember now computers are also available on loan. So you may argue in this way. Rather it will be suggestive that Every district should E-seva kind of thing and some computers should dedicate to the Visually challenged person. It should not be more than 3 Kms awayfrom his/her home. I think at least we should prepare to pay to good services Abhijit Hyderabad
