Do we really need it? Airtel in UP is offering 200 MB (internet) & 100 pulses (tel. calls) free for monthly rental of Rs. 250/-. With additional payment of Rs. 99/- you get net free from 9 PM to 8 AM. Do we really have to wait for concessions from BSNL?
