hi, see if the programme asks you to install it please do that or else, as far as i can remember, the programme should be a standalone programme requiring no installation. anyway, you launch the programme & thereafter add the folder containing the books or files & then specify a location for saving the converted files & hit enter on convert & it should do the job.
