hi,

see if the programme asks you to install it please do that or else, as far
as i can remember, the programme should be a standalone programme requiring
no installation. anyway, you launch the programme & thereafter add the
folder containing the books or files & then specify a location for saving
the converted files & hit enter on convert & it should do the job.

sorry, am not using the  programme as of now, so can't give the instructions
with regard to the latest version. please read the help on the site or the
one included with the programme.
