Members who have been violating the guidelines have been repremanded through private mails. This has reduced off topic traffic in the list for some time now. As you have seen in this instance, I have given ample opportunity to him to explain. However he only choose to raise fingers. As far as the issue of ORKUT discussion being on topic, this was a discussion on a emerging social networking platform. This is certainly on topic as it is about technology. Now, you have accused me of being beset with double standards. This is a serious and sweeping alegation.
