Instead of using the copy cut paste command through controlC and controlV,
just do it from the edit menu, you'll retain the exact layout of the page in
the word which you have seen on the net. Although this may not sound logical
in the first place, using copy cut paste through controlC and controlV is
very much different from doing the same using the edit menu in terms of
producing results.

Just to add to your point, not only page breaks, but also lines get
inserted. What I do is a bit lengthier process, but at least it works for
me. Starting from the top of a particular paragraph, keep pressing
control+down aero. Each time you press it, you will be in a continuing
paragraph and just press back-space and spacebar ones to remove the
unnecessary lines and to make sure that words are not merged. When you get
to the end of a paragraph, then you will here "blank. Just leave out that
blank line and go to the next paragraph. Repeat these steps until the end of
the document. I would also like to know from others if there is a quicker
and easier process than the one I have just described.

Subject: [AI] page breaks and jaws.

Hello.
Using the cut, copy and paste commands with jaws while transfering
data on a web page into a word document produces peculiar results. The
stuff comes up all right but then page breaks get inserted
automatically. This has been a major irritant over the past few years.
How do I resolve the issue?
My apologies for raising the issue once again. But I couldnt quite
figure out what exactly was said the last time around.
I reiterate that I am no computer geek. So please try to be a bit
elaborate in your explanations.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Moiz.
