By not having an accessible website, Hutch stands to lose out to it's biggest rival, Airtel. Being a Airtel user myself, I can report that the Airtel website, www.airtel.co.in is completely accessible with JAWS.
Vodafone's recent purchase of Hutchinson's stake in Hutch should result in best practices being applied by Vodafone in India. Hope that they also include making the website accessible.
