Hi friends many of you know that I am doing MSW fourth semester in Bangalore University. I got selected in campus interview on 28-5-2007 conducted by CAPART (Council for Advancement of Peoples Action and Rural Technology). many of my friends and lecturers told me to take it as challenge and ready to go anywhere in rural India. though it is funding organisation, I need to work on monitoring and evaluate the projects. in the month of August, I have to attend Training in Delhi before going to work. I feel that before going to training, I should prepare in the field of Community Based Rehabilitation and read some rural development articles. I wanted to know anybody working in NGO's which address rural development issues. If yes would you like to share your experiences in this field. I also wanted to know as VIP, what are the strategies I needed to adopt to work effectively in CAPART. your valuable suggestions helps me to improve my professional skills and also helps me to become role model in front of normal persons.
