Hi,

First if you are using gmail then you must be enjoying capacity of 2.8 GB &
once you delete mail from your IND. box you do not go to deleted mails and
delete mails again. Because at gmail they delete mails after month from deleted
mails box. Since you are enjoying 2.8 GB capacity do not worry about over
capacity.

  Hello dears

I am using Google mail, and you all would be aware of that my outlook
express is not working. Now, whenever I read the mails on the site, I
immediately delete them, because the next time when I check my mails,
they charge for all the previous mails which I have already read.

But my chums, deleting mails in Google isn't easy at all. First I have
to check all the check boxes one by one, and then I have to hit on the
delete button, and then again I have to open the trash where again I
have to check all the check boxes, and then there is a button which
says 'delete for ever button', hitting of which ends up the task. The
same series of actions I have to do with the sent mails. And, to top
it all, all this I have to do even if I chat with anyone—folks it is
all recorded there on the site!

Please tell me how to doff away this albatross, which is hanging around my neck.

Can I make changes in the settings?

Do revert

Regards

Shadab Husain
