Well, Friend Frankly, I was unable to understand the nature of your question. Nevertheless, I would tell you how I see others being online or off.
Once signing in, I activate the jaws curser, and then down aero to see the list of the names. If after their names, jaws is saying available or whatever status message they have set for themselves, then it would mean that they are online; whereas, if jaws itself is saying offline, then, clearly, they are off. In order to talk with the desired person, taking the jaws curser on his name, I do root jaws to PC, f11 to make calls, and escape to end it. Please pardon me if it didn't serve you.
