Hi Kanchan, Since the array of opportunities in the IT industry is so vast, it may not be possible for organizations for the blind to train us in all these areas. A more feasible scenario would be for these organizations to impart adequate computer training, so that interested visually impaired candidates can get themselves trained in areas of their interest at mainstream training institutes which offer such training. Organizations are support bases which can only give us that all-important push, but growing beyond it requires a great deal of self-initiative.
