Rajesh did you write to the MPSC about the points you raised in this mail.
If you havent done it then I doubt if anybody else has done it.

Its not going to work dont grumble on accessindia alone but send the same 
mail to the authorities atleast build up a case to go to court. It might 
benefit others.
