No, its on-topic, don't worry. I so far have not seen a device you are describing, but there is a device with Scanner come-printer come-photo copying machine. I prefer HP scanners, but I recently came to know that Samsung scanner is 3 to 4 times faster than HP. However, you can get HP scanner with in 6 thousand, but this kind of Samsung scanner will cost 10,000 and above
