Hello my dear friends, You'll have helped me out in a problem which I thought had no solution. I have got the solution with everybodies help. If anybody faces this problem follow the following solution. For instance if you want 1.87 to be rounded off with two decimal places which will be 2.00. Step1. Type =round(1.87,0). Step2. Press Control+1 to go to the format cells dialogue box and in the number tab, select the number option with 2 decimal places. This will yield the result you want.
