Recently I assembled a PC for a friend which anyway has been my hobby. With 512 MB of RAM and 120 GB of HDD and a DVD COMBO, using AMD 3200+ processor which is far superior to the configuration mentioned in this mail. The cost came to INR 13000. So I am not at all surprised by this price.
