Dear Members,
I am persuing MSC (CS) from a University in Bhopal. I would like to use
computer loaded with screen reader for appearing in my examinations. Is it
possible to do so as per UGC Norms? If so, please tell me from where can I find
the circular regarding this along with the circular number. I tried to log in
UGC website but I could not find this information.
