I forgot to tell you that you should first remove the earlier one, and then
install the one I have provided. I hope your problem will be solved.

Do you mean speaker volume control right in system tray? If you are
referring them, they are already set at 100. Let me know if you were
referring to some other volume controls. Also, I am not sure, whether
this information will help, but JAWS works fine.
