Hi! I read the complete notification. As per my knowledge, they have not
mention any kind of qualification for scribe. But I would like to bring some
issues in the whole application process to all of your notice.
1. While feeling up the online application, they have ask about multiple
dissability. If we say yes and select the type of dissability we are having,
next we have to provide the detail of our dissability certificate such as
certificate number, date of issue, issuing authority etc. But here the
problem is, they have provided only one collum for the same. Then my
confusion is, which certificate details should we provide? I myself having
Vission and hearing impairment and having separate certificates for boath.
As per my knowledge, no hospitals is still issuing a single certificates for
multiple dissibility. So I really fail to understand.
2. They have mention that we have to provide scribe details also while
feeling up the application form itself with his/her photo and sign. They
will be issuing a separate hall ticket for scribe as wel as candidate. My
question is, how far it is practical to fix a person as a scribe 1 or 2
months before exam? Further, if the scribe did not turn up at the time of
exam, then what will happen in this case? is it not a type of unnecessary
harassment? As far as I know, no examination authority ask scribe details in
advance except RRB.
So I would like to know what can be done in boath the cases? I thing our
leading NGOs like AICB, Score foundation and nab india should do something
in this regard.
I would like to request our legal experts to look in to the matter as soon
as possible.
