Hello, I have heard of Ivona screen reader which can downloaded free from GooglePlay. It seems that Ivona works well on internet and has less risks of blocking the screen when in use.
Other than Ivona, thre is a paid screen reader for android known as Equal Eyes. Equal Eyes is indeed very blind friendly and very performant. You have to purchase it for a license of 2 years.
