for making Railway ID card for booking ticket online you have to submit 1.copy of railway concession certificate in new format 2.copy of medical board certificate showing 100% blindness, 3.copy of 10th class certificate 4.residence proof like Election ID or Aadhar card, 5.3 passport size photograph & on top application signed by you requesting DRM for issuing Railway ID card.
