Dear Srinivas, NVDA will help you to read telugu txt and word documents with the support of E speak. E speak is incorporated with NVDA. Therefore, Install NVDA and configure it to read Telugu. For more information please contact me off the list to reduce the troffic in the list. Further, I wish to inform you that there is no OCR for Telugu as on today. I have been contacting some NGOs.
