Dear Akash,
As you are an employee of IDBI you can inquire with your alternate channels or ATM department regard to deployment of talking ATMs. Generally bank’s departmental email ids or contact numbers are not available in the public domain but can be obtain internally by employees. What we externally get is only customer care numbers. Please inquire internally in your bank and do let us know. Unfortunately banks are not voluntarily making talking ATM locations list available in the public domain except Union bank, State bank, HSBC and Citibank. Citibank display of talking ATMs locations on their website is talkingatmindia team’s advocacy success however they have put preceding symbol for talking ATM locations which are not readable with screen reader. We have pointed out and requested them to work on accessibility. Today it may be a situation that a good number of banks may have worked on talking ATM implementation but they are lacking in making public announcement and publishing list of locations.
