If the only reason you are switching to a MAC is an outdated version of jaws, then download NVDA and give it a spin. If however, there are other considerations, then go for it. You can run windows on a Mac via bootcamp and other virtualization software. However, if you are doing audio production work on Windows then this approach could be problematic.
